We are open for business 24/7 (except holidays). For same day processing, orders should be placed by 6:00PM P.S.T. Orders placed after 6:00AM P.S.T. will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 6:00PM P.S.T. will be processed on Monday (next business day).

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Request to cancel your order must be made within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. Otherwise a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged. A cancellation fee will also be charged if your order is returned to us because of incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery.

Changes or cancellation must made by the following business day of placing your order before 10:00AM E.S.T. Changes or cancellation made after 10AM E.S.T. will be charged $30.00 per item.
